“Put up completion of the analysis of the EOls obtained, the Transaction Advisor will instantly intimate the Certified Bidders (QIB) in relation to their qualification and the following steps for the Proposed Transaction,” stated the Division of Funding and Public Asset Administration, or DIPAM, on December 30, within the eleventh corrigendum to its invitation for expression of curiosity (EoI) for Air India.
The brand new communication got here only a day after Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri stated that the federal government can be making an announcement on the bidders on January 5, and particulars of their bids will even be supplied. The deadline to submit the bids was December 29.
