FinMin, NDB to carry seminar on significance of social infra financing, digital tech use


The Finance Ministry and New Development Bank (NDB) will organise a seminar on the significance of ‘Social Infrastructure Financing and use of Digital Technologies‘.

The seminar, as a part of the financial and monetary cooperation agenda underneath the Indian BRICS chairship 2021, is being organised within the run-up to the 13th BRICS Summit to be held later this 12 months.

The COVID-19 pandemic has bolstered the significance of investing in social infrastructure and underpinned the significance of leveraging digital applied sciences in superior and rising economies, the Finance Ministry stated in an announcement.
