New Delhi: The Delhi Police has filed a case towards Congress MP Shashi Tharoor, senior journalist Rajdeep Sardesai, The Caravan and others for allegedly deceptive public relating to the demise of a protester at ITO throughout the violence on Republic Day, officers stated on Saturday.

The case has been registered on the IP Property police station underneath related sections of the Indian Penal Code, police stated.
